Today, Christmas day. Yet I have to book in for guard duty. Kind of sianz. Something to make me not feel that sucky is that the book in part much slacker and I am booking out on Wednesday. Something to look forward to.

Today woke up quite early to do guard duty. Currently is the resting period for me and it is damn fucking boring. Seriously lack of entertainment here and the guard rest room condition is quite shitty. Lack of snacks, dirty window, pathetic bed and many more.
The time for resting is also passing slower than on duty. My itouch battery is also running out faster than usual. Simply because I have nothing to do here and keep spamming on songs and video. Lucky this week is booking out on Wednesday. Otherwise really dunno how the battery can last. Time to go sleep again after sleeping for more than 6 hours today since the start of guard duty at 0700 this morning.

Just finished the guard duty this morning and feeling quite shagged. At the very least I find that the guard duty is kind of a new experience in BMT. Since I get to see the dark night of tekong, some monkeys and wild boar. Only can say that the wild boar in tekong is at least 2 times larger than ubin's.
After the guard duty came another killer event. The 16km route march is next in schedule after some drill sessions for tomorrow's drill competition. Can only say the 16km route march feels different from the rest of the route march. Instead of feeling the pain from the shoulder, I am feeling more mental shagged due to the lack of sleep.
Now it is going already pass the lights out timing of 0000. I shall go to sleep and wake up later for more physical activities.

This morning, we had drill competition among the companies. Overall performance was still quite good considering the condition we are in. Nothing much for the later part of the day as everything is quite slack.
Tomorrow is the last book out before graduation from BMT. Packing the bag made me realize that I had actually brought so many things from home that made my bunk seems so much like home. Tomorrow will be the killer day as I will be bring everything home.

This year christmas is kind of normal.. Coz we did not really went to town to countdown with all those party siao.. Instead we went to Elton's house to countdown.. Caught a movie at NEX before proceeding on to his house for the countdown.. Had fun there but only to know that I kena conned by Benson to complete a lonely 7km route march home.. I think it is somehow like a practice before the 16km route march tomorrow..

Today just completed my last high key event for BMT. Grenade throwing was fun and satisfying. The blast was of high impact and loud. Feel damn shiok after throwing the grenade. C4 were also used for some of the blind grenades. Can only say the C4 explosion was much louder and shockwave is more thrilling than the grenade. Can feel the shockwave even though I am at the admin area which is quite far away from the live range.
After grenade was the preparation for tomorrow's games day. The amount of time given to train is rubbish and ridiculous. Now can only pray hard that tomorrow we are not the last team to finish.
Tomorrow is also the recruits evening. Kinda looking forward towards tomorrow as it will be pure enjoyment and entertainment.

Today is consider the best day in my BMT life. Everything is at a much slower pace compared to the usual routine. Had the games day today and competition among rocky hill's company.
Overall the company did very well and managed to clinch the championship. This may not be seen by the 5th coy sergeant, but sad to say 7th coy did not get conquered by all. In fact, we conquered all.
The recruit's afternoon followed by that was also entertaining. Good music, good performance and enjoyable afternoon even though we did not wear our own civilian attire. Overall, everything is rather positive for today. But sad to say, training resumes tomorrow. Fucked up life carries on.

Nothing really much for today training. The only more tiring training is close combat training only. But today's training got a lot of useless waiting time. So actually spent most of the time sleeping. After that is learning stuff from the pathetic laptop. So everything is still quite slack. Had some stupid rehearsal for Christmas celebration tomorrow. The reason for it being stupid is not the rehearsal, but stupid IC who ask me fall in and yet nowhere to be seen for near 5 minutes. His section mates participating also nowhere to be seen. no wonder they are always the slowest section in everything. Put in simple words will be majority of them have no idea what is sense of urgency.
Tomorrow will also be quite a slack day except for the IOC and close combat training. At night will be the Christmas celebration. Then will be booking out om friday! Yeah!

Today is also an enjoyable day. Can see that training is beginning to be not that packed after all the high key event finished. Had a bit of physical training and after that is Christmas celebration. Overall the celebration is fun and enjoyed myself.
After the celebration, the sergeant came to my bunk for second round of celebration. We had quite a good talk cock session till we forget the lights out timing. So in the end ask the sergeant to extend the timing.
Booking out tomorrow in the afternoon but sad to say that I have to bloody book in the evening on Christmas day for guard duty.
Sianz... Not more than 48 hours outside. Gonna make good use of it.

Today... Took another round of IPPT before book out.. Can only say that all the outfield and not training physically really make the result drop a lot.. Overall, all my results dropped. But at least still managed to retain a Silver for it.. The only station that improve is shuttle run.. But I think that is because the assessor method of timing is different.. He only start the stopwatch after we start running.. So we can save on the reaction time.. Compared to the previous one which was started on the count of GO!..

Tomorrow is field camp day.. Hope everything will be fine.. Looking at the clock.. Less than 6 hours of sleep left... Everything have been packed and ready to go...

Just came back to my bunk after settling part of the aftermath left by the field camp.. Feeling extremely tired and full of injuries.. The worst I think is still the neck abrasion.. At least I still survive the field camp alive...

Today was a rather rush day here and there. Everything seems to be not on schedule. My reflection for field camp still not completed. Everything seems so screwed.

Situational test was finally over.. Can say that overall the test was relatively fun and challenging.. The outfield experience was totally different from field camp.. IPPT this saturday.. Wondering if I can squeeze out the gold after all the outfield training..

Today is the first lesson for hand grenade. Even though it is only a dummy grenade, but first time throw grenade. The experience is so-so because there isn't any banging sound. Looking forward to the live throw on Monday. Anyway, having IPPT tomorrow. Final one for my BMT. Will try my best to achieve gold. Also looking forward to bookout tomorrow. It is my mother's birthday :)

I guess I am just going to use a new method to update my post since I am in tekong most of the time. Sad to say.. there isn't any WiFi up there at Rocky Hill.. So I ended up writing small notes on my iPod and transferring them to this blog during bookout..

Learn CPR and application of AED today... Kind of a boring day... Since dun have any fierce physical training.. With all the last minute changes and stuffs.. Last night also did not sleep well because Thinking of Someone.. Hope tomorrow will be a better day...

Physical training resume today.. Everything is still on acceptable level and still manageable.. Nothing much to write about for today since everything seems to be normal.. Tomorrow is expected to be quite easy since tomorrow will be plainly learning new stuffs and one of it actually not that new... Just revision course for knots and lashing..

Learning nothing much today... But the day seems to be extra long today... Had briefing for graduation parade.. Kinda look forward to the day to throw my cap.. Anyway.. IPPT tomorrow... Hope to aim for a silver... But see my current condition... Quite chui... Dun think I can make it sia... haizz.. Anyway.. Just got my hair cut again..
The update for today.. Completed my IPPT this morning.. I suppose I managed to scrap through with a Silver.. After IPPT was a trip to Singapore Discovery Centre.. Somewhere which I know its existence but never went before.. Haha.. Trip was kind of like a history lesson.. So you guys will get what I mean.. Tomorrow will need to get stuffs for field camp..
Since I won't be bringing any electronic device over for field camp.. So I dun think there will be a whole week update next week.. I will most likely only update whatever shit that I remember on the day of book out.. Or maybe even no updates...
