Firstly, today pay day.. As always, pay day = day when I can eat slightly better food.. Secondly, today YOG ending ceremony.. Well, that doesn't really matter to me much.. But since it is a Singapore event.. I suppose I will be good and support it for once.. Thirdly, JS went in for shaving today.. Good luck to him.. And I am still waiting for my turn.. Bleah.. Long wait..

BUT THE SCREWED UP PART CAME DURING WORK.. Went to work.. Everything was still okay.. Then, admin went for holiday.. Got computer empty.. So just like always lor.. Kope com faster key finish as much order as possible.. Then come my brainless HOD.. Asking me whether I am admin or not (Since I am suppose to be outside).. For idiot damn sake.. Because you are damn bloody slow in doing things, I have to do all these shits for you..

Then finish keying liao.. Went out to shop floor.. She was talking counter and so happen that the only CD Rama staff was her packer.. So brought the CD over to ask.. She come ask me whether I belong to CD Rama..

Then comes another thing that piss me off.. The damn bloody makan schedule.. Kns.. Schedule is she plan one.. Ended up 1 person in the dept also she plan one.. Tmd.. Last makan shift from 2pm.. Tell me 3pm then go eat (I am eating on a non-makan shift.. How nice.. I AM UNIQUE)

Zzzz.. Seriously, if she is competent, I do not have to do all these shits.. Seriously wondering if I should just request to do cashier all the way since I suppose both my managers will be happy to have that..

Still thinking whether I should stay until stocktake to finish or just let them rot as it is..

Beginning to think that my workload is not proportionate to my pay.. All my negative thinkings are accumulating again.. Gonna go moody again.. Go naggy again.. Gonna start suaning those upper management again..

Lastly, screw those upper managements who create promotions without using their brain(s), considering some may not even have one.. Start promotions without checking inventory.. How nice.. Selling 4 for $xx.xx and 8 for $yy.yy when total inventory around Singapore is lesser than 20.. Prices are replaced to prevent sensitive issues.. Since I dunno who is reading my blog.. Bleah..

Working again tomorrow.. Boring..

The movie, overall was much better than other movies.. Storyline line requires a lot of thinking and understanding.. Also must keep track of quite a lot of things.. CG was damn good..

In short.. It is really a good movie that deserve worthing the second time.. On the other hand.. Luckily I book the tickets the day before.. Even though the seats are still quite available on the time of booking.. Went in the cinema with that WTF! expression.. That $1 booking fee was well-spent.

Hasn't been doing anything productive recently.. Feeling that I am really rotting those few months away.. Really must find a temporary target.. Or maybe a wishlist to be completed before I turn botak..

Really need to start thinking about the future.. Or perhaps I should start dreaming first..

Life has been boring, boring and even more boring.. Busy working and working and working.. How the money earned is still like.. Erm.. Nvm.. Forget it..

A few things I've learn today.. The difference among ranting, whining, feedback and complain.

Firstly, ranting. People will just ignore you as you continue to rant.. They may find you a nuisance but they will not give a damn about what you say..

Secondly, whining. Because you keep repeating the same old thing, the person who listens to you will find it very annoying and will soon treat it as ranting and ignore you..

Thirdly, feedback. It is one of the most useless method to convey a certain message across. Especially from a lower position to a upper position. Since they will most likely listen to it.. Tell you that they acknowledged it. Then they will just put it aside in their mind and will not do anything about it.. They will only do something about it when something happens and they got the last method of conveying message.. which will be complain..

Lastly, complain. A somewhat quite effective and is going to be the conventional way of conveying message soon.. Since that is very effective. You tell them what you not happy with, threaten them with things (If you have any.. If not, use another person as a way of threaten..) They will be afraid of the consequences and have the solution or temporary solution in the shortest possible time.

These ways are quite often used by itself. A higher level of complain will be making a complain and stressing that it is only a feedback. It gives the pressure and yet keep your image positive.. Maybe I should try to learn that way. However, I don't think I will need it any sooner.. Since I TOTALLY give up on the management.. Screw it..

When the upper management don't use their brain (If they have one), those people under them will kena all the "feedbacks" from the customers.. But in the end it is the poor store managers who kena all those shits.. Since they are in the middle.. Between the retail staffs and the upper management. Feel sad for them..
